Shuttle service to be provided by:
HOPKINS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE (HTS)

Shuttle service is from/to the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to/from
Downtown Cleveland Hotels

You will need your flight information and a credit card to make the reservation.

Service information: PLEASE READ (click here to print service information)

1) All reservations need to be made on-line to receive special shuttle rate

2) COST: $20 per person one-way or $34 per person roundtrip, plus added to each reservation is a $2 processing fee and a $3 per person gratuity

3) Please call HTS at 1-800-543-9912; if the listed service dates or times do not work for you and/or you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle

4) CANCELLATION POLICY: Regardless of reason and/or cause any service that is canceled prior to the scheduled service date is subject to a minimum cancellation charge of $5 per airport transfer service. In addition, airport shuttle service that is canceled after the time of 12-noon (EST) the day prior to the scheduled service date; is subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 100% of the total service cost

5) ARRIVAL FLIGHTS: All customers with arriving flights into Cleveland Airport needing service from the airport, will need to proceed to baggage claim level and find the HTS customer service at exit door #5, inside the building, at the designated pick-up time

6) DEPARTURE FLIGHTS: All customers with departing flights from Cleveland Airport need to be ready and at the pick-up location and/or hotel lobby door at least 15-minutes before scheduled pick-up time

7) Please Note: Based on the service schedule below, if no reservations are made for a particular time slot then that service time will be cancelled and will not operate

12-pm, 1:30-pm, 3-pm, 4-pm, 5-pm, 6-pm, 7-pm, 8-pm, 9-pm & 10:30 pm

Tuesday, October 21, 2008 and Wednesday, October 22, 2008:
7:30-am, 9-am, 10-am, 11-am, 12-pm, 1-pm, 2-pm, 3-pm, 4-pm, 5-pm, 6-pm,
7-pm, 8-pm, 9-pm & 10:30 pm

DEPARTURE SERVICE (from hotel to airport)
Friday, October 24, 2008:
12-pm, 1:30-pm, 3-pm, 4:30-pm, 6-pm, 7:30-pm & 8:30-pm

Saturday, October 25, 2008 and Sunday, October 24, 2008:
