Service Information:

1) All reservations need to be made on-line to receive special shuttle rate.

2) CUT OFF DATE; the last date to make reservations will be midnight on Sunday, May 2, 2010.

3) COST: $20 pp one way / $30 pp round trip (after $10 discount) for online reservations only.

4) CANCELLATION POLICY: Regardless of reason and/or cause any service that is canceled prior to the scheduled service date is subject to a minimum cancellation charge of $5 per airport transfer service. In addition, airport shuttle service that is canceled after midnight May 2, 2010; is subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 100% of the total service cost.

5) ARRIVAL FLIGHTS: All customers arriving at Cleveland Airport will be met on baggage claim level by the driver or company representative. Holding an "IAATI/OATIA" sign, that person will meet you inside the terminal at or between exit door #5 and the center "Welcome/Information" booth. Any problems or late arrivals please call the emergency dispatch phone number at 216-267-7626.

6) DEPARTURE FLIGHTS: All customers with departing flights from Cleveland Airport need to be ready and at the pick-up location and/or hotel (back entrance) at least 10-minutes before scheduled pick-up time.

7) WALK-UP SERVICE: Any persons with out a reservation can walk-up to use the service, but it will be based on availability. Passengers with a reservation will have preference. Walk-up passengers will pay the one way fare in cash of $20 pp.

8) SERVICE CHANGES: As of the cut-off date and based on the service schedule below, if no reservations are made for a particular time slot then that service time will be cancelled and will not operate.

9) PICK-UP / DROP-OFF LOCATIONS: Cleveland Hilton East, Beachwood, Ohio (Main Entrance).
